Payments
We must receive your payment before we ship your products. We accept credit cards, PayPal payments, money orders and cashier's checks; no other forms of payment are accepted, including personal checks. You can pay online securely with a credit card through our checkout system and through PayPal. You can pay with a money order or cashier's checks through the US Postal Service.
Shipping
Orders are shipped through the US Postal Service, usually within 24 hours of receiving payment. Domestic (US) orders are shipped via Priority Mail, with a delivery time of 2-3 days (usually it's more like 1-2 days). Foreign (everywhere but the US) orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail with a delivery time of 4-6 days. Please note: We have quite a bit of experience with foreign shipping. Global Priority Mail has been, for us, the most dependable and affordable foreign shipping option. If you live in a country with reliable mail delivery (Canada, UK, Australia, South Africa, most of Europe) this is the right service for you. If you live in a country with a high incidence of mail theft (Mexico, Thailand, Spain, most of South America... you'll know if you live there) please contact us via e-mail after placing your order if you would like to use a more expensive but more secure shipping option such as DHL. Once your order leaves our hands we are not responsible if it is lost or damaged during shipping, so please purchase the additional shipping insurance during the checkout process if this is a concern for you. (Sorry, insured shipping is not available for foreign orders).
Returns
All sales are final, but we will gladly exchange any defective product for a new working version. This includes CD's or DVD's that are unplayable, clothing with manufacturer's defects, and items that were sent in error (different CD than the one you ordered, wrong size shirt, etc.). If it's our mistake, we'll also pay for the shipping.
